I am omprakash Tirole residing in 10B flatno 202 Alica nagar lokhandwala
complex kandivali(EAST) mumbai(400101).
I had buyed a FZ bike on 24 jan 2009 from UNIQUE MOTERS Shop No 1,Sai
leeela Society sambhaji Nagar Akruli Road Near W.E Highway Kandivali(East)
Mumbai -400101.
After nine months i had not received the RC book from the shopkeeper.They
always keep on telling that it will come but still not able to receive.
Also they had not given me the insurance policy.

Please tell me appropiate action which i can do so that i can get my RC
book and other papers.

I had reciept of payment made by me.

Have you sent any written complaint to the Dealer, so far?
If not then send a written complaint to him as soon as possible. Keep a copy of that letter with you and send it through registered post. Revert back soon after getting any reply from there.

Dear Sirs,
The car variant is Maruti Alto STD. The registration number assigned to
the car is MH 12 FK 4712. The car colour is white.

Hoping to have an RC book with my name correctly written in it at the earliest. It
is now more than 4 months since I got delivery of the car.
