*This is with regards to a complaint to be lodged against a Post Office
Employee in Mulund west mumbai.*

The employee has to serve the customers in the mentioned timing of the PO
and as there is no fixed lunch hrs mentioned, wherein it would be closed,
each employee needs to have rotation of work to have their lunch.

But in Mulund West PO, the lady had been very rude and said that she will
provide the revenue stamp only after her lunch, i even requested her that my
son is supposed to return from school and i need to reach home but she
bluntly refused.

I even clarified that as the lunch hrs are not mentioned wherein the PO
employee would not work, so all three of you cannot lunch together and
refuse to serve us.

I want you take strict action against this employee and revert back to the
complaint as soon as possible.

Dear Ms. Rao,

Kindly send your written complaint on the name of Post Master at the same Post Office. Keep a photocopy of that letter and wait for the response for near 10 days.
