Dear Sir,

This is Nazim from Bangalore. Recently I purchased a Ayurvedic pain oil from Saptharshi organisation by watching a add in the TV. I purchased it for 3100/Rs 10 days back. And I founded that my Mom is using it everyday without fail as per prescription and no relief, infact the pain becomes more desperately.

When I called up the contact people to the available numbers, they said they will get back to me in short while. Then that's it no news from their end as of now. And second time when I called up them there was no proper response from them.

I have proper bill and product out of 3, 1 bottle is open which my Mom was using. I request you to register this complaint against the Vendor and take necessary action, because this should not happen with others.
And if possible pls try to get back my money from them.
