This is to inform you that i ordered tummy fit slim oil product and received the same, dated on 18.12.12, order ID/ DOC No. 17444.


As committed by the company the purchaser should inform the company in writing with in 15 days from the purchase of the product, about the performance of the product for value back offer. I informed them by email (E mail as mentioned on invoice & website) & also spoken to their executives.
I used the product as per the detail mentioned in your booklet but didnt find any positive result.


When i spoken to them for availing value back offer as per their written commitment, they said i can get any other product or take my money back after 1 year, money back after one year wasn't told to me when i purchased the product. Still i asked for written commitment they refused to give. I want my money back as soon as possible please help.
