Respected Sir,

I have purchased BRAHMARASAYANAM ( Manufacture date Aug 2011 ) from authorised dealer of Kottackal Arya Vydhyasala in Kozhnecherry, Kerala on 20th October 2011. When I opened the sealed foil of the medicine bottle I found that there was a full length plastic sheet inside the bottle. Unfortunately I saw this plastic only a week after I started taking this medicine on 16th December 2011. For the past 4 months the plastic was inside the sealed bottle. From the begining itself the medicine tasted as if its gone bad, but I thought the bad taste might be because of the herbs used in its making. I fell ill after that. I called the Kottackal Arya Vydhyasala customer care and they said they would replace it with a new bottle. I find this a very serious issue where the health and life of consumers like us is at risk. Just by replacing the bottle doesn't provide any solution to the problem. I doubt whether other bottles of the same batch are also having plastic in them or has become impure by this plastic. Such renowned establishment should always take care of the hygiene and purity of the medicines.
Please guide me as what can be done in this matter.
