Hi I am kavita and i work in Infopark, I used to catch auto to travel from kakkanad to infopark. Auto drivers are charging Rs:40 till infopark. Today I had 2 other friends with me and auto driver shouted at us for dropping them on the way. He behaved rudely beside charging extra money. One day there was police checking and they put meter then only i realised that the actual meter charge is Rs 20 and they are charging extra. Next day after the checking they put meter but the minimum charge started from 26 instead of 13, still it took only 30 till infopark. But auto driver fought with me and asked for Rs40. Please let me know how to proceed with this. Please give me some number or URL of police in kakkanad where we can file this compliant.

I am Mini and I am working in Infopark Kakkanad. Today i have taken an auto from my home to office , its hardly 1.5 km and he charged Rs 50 and when i questioned him, he was treatening me like any thing. This is not for the first time , and his behaviour was untolerable. I have noted down the auto riskshaw no: KL-07-BQ-8347. Kindly take immediate action against this auto driver.
