    Angry Faulty meter and a drunken driver complaint

    I hired an auto from Malleshwaram Railway Station (Bangalore) to RMV 2nd Stage. I take the auto frequently to the place
    and usually the meter comes to 52-55 but today (24-Nov-2011) time 6:50 pm I boarded this auto
    and the meter came to an unbelievable 85 rs. When I asked the auto person he complained about traffic jams
    and nonsensical reasons. While talking with him I could smell he was drunk.
    I ended up paying him to avoid dealing with the person.

    I want to complain about both faulty meter and drunken driver with details below

    Sowmya,

    Did this post help you, do you have any contact number to register a complain? Suppose if we are travelling and the auto meter was faulty which charges more then what would you have done other than arguing with auto driver? In this case if we would have any specific number which takes action at immediate then it works for us rather than paying the auto driver more. And also most of the auto drivers ask extra 20-30 rupee apart from meter charges. Do any one have a solution for these kind of situations?
