I bought a earphone from Croma, Malad-west,Mumbai where I used my State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur ATM-cum -Debit Card for my payment. But there it showed the card as INVALID. Then I paid the cash. When I checked my balance from the ATM machine, it showed the amount has been deducted. I asked Croma manager, he told that he has not received any payment from the bank. They have agreed to issue me a letter regarding "NON RECEIPT of Rs. 625/- from bank". When I asked my bank(SBBJ, Ajmer-305001,Rajasthan), they are telling that the amount has been paid from their side with Journal No: 148676000.

Now I am in big trouble. I paid the cash as well as it has also been debited from my account.How will I get my money back?
