Question ICICI Bank Debit card Misuse, Hacking

    Dear Sir/ Madam,
It has been a total theft of around 50,000 Rs from my debit card account.
I currently reside at Karnataka and today, in the evening through mobile notifications I came to know regarding the debit card unauthorized transactions.
customer care associate helped me blocking the card. Also, could possibly give me information regarding the locations of transactions were in remote places and it was done by swiping. Fact here is to see that locations of both transcations were in different cities , and the time gap between transactions were only one minute!
we had not been to that particular city ever.
I had not disclosed my account details anywhere online so far, nor had any incident of atm card loss or Pin change etc.
My account belongs to Mumbai circle.
Customer care associate assured me a return call from the superiors.

Please anybody help me for further proceedings?
Do I have to lodge a police complaint immediately or wait to give time for ICICI bank officials to enquire in the details?
how do I proceed in terms of lodging complaint? In case of a written complaint which circle I would have to submit?

I need to pay for medical expenses meanwhile, so had recently deposited a big amount in the account. Now the theft has shattered our lives.I will be very obliged for your kind help.

    To,

    ICICI Bank Care,

Thanks for your response. I have forwarded the details.

I also want to note it , at the forum that, I had taken every possible way of SAFE BANKING measures.
Also, I haven't even used net banking, any online payments or providing details on Internet, No case of loss of card, No renewal of the card,
No issues with the pin, No disclosure anywhere.
Except for Swipe payments 2 months ago ( without use of pin)

I humbly question the Level Of Security that has been provided to Informed Customers like us.
Why does the Bank fails to keep up the Trust that customers have on the facilities provided?
And Who is responsible for all the loss and the annoyance caused to our property only because of being the customers of this Bank?

It has been a huge disappointment.

I seek Justice in this regard.
