This is to inform you that a few days back I had lodged the complaint at HDFC bank regarding myTRANSACTION of other Atm.
The Complaint is like that on 10th of January I went to the nearest Atm machine for the transaction. I have used my card at AXIS BANK ATM at Lajpat Nagar, then I put the pin number and entered the enter button but the enter button was not working.I have tried 2,3 times but it did not worked, I was waiting and I thought might be server is down,after a minute although it was not working I have used the cancelled button 2,3 times and I came out.
After that I went nearest ICICI ATM machine and I have transacted Rs 6500/- from the ATM and Again I have put the Rs 10,000/- but this time machine was error,then again I have tried the ATM machine but again it was error,then again 3rd time I have tried my card and this time it was showing that ''U HAVE INSUFFICIENT BALANCE''.
OH GOD.....'It was a horror thing''
I came out the machine and registered a complaint and I also had the visit nearest HDFC Bank at Lajpat Nagar.
I had the word with the Bank employeer.He said It was a system issue.You will get your money in 7 working days.After 10 days I have got the revert back from the bank that your transaction was successful from the ATM machine,and soon u will get the claiming letter from the bank.
Yesterday I have got the claiming letter from the Bank and Its written over there that ''your transaction has been done from the AXIS ATM machine.
Now my question is how is it possible...???
I did not took the money then why the bank is saying bull shit things to me.
Bank can not do like this with me .Its not my fault if the machine was not working.I need the my money back.
This is frustrating and leaves me no course but to take legal course.
I will wait for your answer.
