Fradulent use of atm card Dear sir,
I(chirra ilaiah)am having sbi salary account(A/C NO;30112062048) with Baholi(panipat refinery)branch.on 09/01/2012 while i was in duty & my atm card also with me,some unknown person has withdrawn the amount of 18,000/-(10,000,6500&1500) between 8:00pm&8:01pm from AXIS BANK PANIPAT ATM.Immediately i blocked my atm card&spoke with sbi bank baholi branch manager.He given me one letter requesting axis bank panipat to show video clippings.but they are rejecting to show the clippings,then i went to panipat police station to file a FIR,but in station they are telling FIR can not be filed for this case & suggested to consult to consumercourt.
my atm card no is6220180870600028472,sbi baholi branch.
