Dear Sir/Madam,

I tried to withdraw 15000/- from axis bank atm ( Hospeth-Hubli Highway ,gadag,Karnataka) with my SBI ATM card. First i tried to withdraw 10,000/- i got an error message uable to process your transaction. After this once again tried to with draw 5000/- got same error message. I took my ATM card and went to some other ATM. Amount which i tried to withdraw from Axis i didn't get and its debited from my account.

For this i have given letter to SBI and as per them its 15 days process. And they have given two reference numbers for 10000/- ---->AT42923557382 -->1458 and for 5000/- --> AT42923557413 --1459. If a go to Axis bank with these details not getting any response from them.

So need your help to understand the process and to get my money back.
