ICICI Debit Visa card lost Hi,
My ICICI Debitcard was lost on last Friday(Dt 20/01/2012) in Bangalore near Hosur Road.I informed the customer service.Actually, while travelling in the bus my wallet was stolen which had Rs 600 and the ICICI Debit card.By the time I informed the customer service , the theft already made purchase of amount Rs 11000 from Fashion point (Rs 7000) and LeatherFeet(Rs4000) near Singsandra and Garebhavipalya nearby HosurRoad.I logged a complaint in Madiwala police station.The inspector called the store owners and they produced the receipts made for the transactions but my signature is not matching which was behind the card.Still, they processed the transaction.They are not ready to give me the refund stating that bank has to decide nor they are helping to identify the thief.What I need to do now ?I need the money back for the fraud transaction made in my name.I should not be liable for this transaction.Please help me out with the issue.
