Dear Sir/Madam,
I am using Axis Bank cooperate meal card Card # 4619 9190 0004 1489 with Customer ID # 834077193.The card is not working when I try to swap the same to any card machine, neither I have the atm PIN to withdraw the money from the card.I have contacted customer care several times and as per them Axis Bank has stopped meal cards and I need to contact the nearest branch to get the things sorted out.I visited nearby Axis Bank but still no go and the same reply, " Need to approach the Noida Branch where my account is".I requested them to find some way as I have shifted from Noida and it would not be possible for me the visit Noida Branch and the current branch can do any verification but the answer as always was " Need to approach Noida Branch ". The worst kind of bank service I have seen since ever where the bank says "WE ARE CENTRALIZED BANK ", but do we really mean this ????? the answer is NO. Is it possible to transfer the funds from my meal card to my Axis Bank saving account.At last , I have heard consumer court is the best way to get these things get sorted out, let me give it a last try to get this resolved ASAP.
Kindly look into the matter as its very long I have been contacting the branch and getting the same answer. I am approachable throught phone ( 9811692673) and email(erparaser@gmail.com)
