Hi,
I used my Canara Bank ATM card to withdraw Rs.1000/- from a Bank Of India ATM on november 3 2011. My account was debited by i didin't got the cash. I talked to customer care and i was told that it will be back with in 24 hours . I also registered an online complaint at canara bank's website but it has been more than 2 months and i haven't recd my money back. I know that banks are liable to pay penalty to the customer if the money is not refunded with in 7 working days. What should i do now ? More than 1000/- bucks, i really want the erring officials to be taught a lesson so that customers are not taken for granted.
