transaction failed but money debited by sbi respected madam/sir,
i have ordered for an item in ebay on jan 1st but my transaction failed but my money debited from my account i made this transaction using sbi debit card . i contacted ebay they said that they didn't received the money told me to contact bank its been 10days i have'nt got my refund . when i asked bank that to where my money transfered they are saying that they dont know its very irresponsible behaviour from sbi bank so i kindly request consumercourt to look into this matter and refund my money as soon as possible i will be very thankfull to you if you solve my problem..... :-( waiting for your favourable reply

Problem: Transaction failed without Money Drawn by the person but gives the Receipt as the money was Drawn.
