transaction failure but amount debited 4m my a/c Respected sir,
My self Rajnish kumar a student having account in UNION BANK OF INDIA (branch code- 63830, JP PLAZA BRANCH GARHWA JHARKHAND).
my account number is 638302010001335, on 6th January i debited Rs. 5000/- by ICICI bank(TXN number531629) using my union bank visa/debit card.but due to some technical fault atm machine couldn't deliver amount.....same day i complained to customer care and they told me that ur amount will be credited in your account with in 7 days.....and they give me complaint ID 1420572. but till date i did't get my money........when i call them again they again said that we are trying ur money will be credited very soon or 3 days or 3 days...........and so on.......i have also filed a hand written application to branch authority.
so how can i claim of 100rs per day penalty if the bank doesn't credit my amount(as per RBI rule).
