This is Minaz Hamdani and want to register a complaint against Canara Bank, Mira Road (east) branch. This is because I had submitted a request letter to the bank for hotlisting (blocking) my ATM cum Debit card on 31.12.2011 at 11.15 am but it was not done until I visited the bank today, i.e. 10.01.2012, at 10.45 am for requesting to issue a New card to replace the old blocked one and got the shocking news from them that my card was still active! Also, the bank staff Mrs. Suvarna was rude and not answering my queries satisfactorily.
Please register my complaint since it is a very serious matter.
