Dear Sir,

This is to bring your notice that on 27.12.2011 i have tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 4000/- through kotak bank ATM near Motinagar metro station but due to sudden power failure the transaction was interrupted and I could not collect the money. It all happen when I was ready to collect the money from the ATM machine.

Later I have checked the balance in SBI ATM and I found that Rs. 4000/- was deducted from my account which in actual I have not collected because of the reason mentioned above. I approached the SBI bank, rajouri garden where i have opned my savings account for submitting a written complaint but they refused to accept my complaint and instead they suggested me to call on the help line numbers and i tried the same but there was no response from those numbers.

My humble request you to please look into this matter and help me to credit the money back in to my account.
