I have savings account in Punjab National Bank and I made a cash withdrawl of Rs. 15000 from ATM but didnot get the cash and I am doing follow up with PNB for the said transaction since 3 months, they are telling me that they will credit the amount but not crediting my money, Please tell me the procedure to be followed to get my money back.

This is Chiranjeevi from Bangalore. Today morning roughly around 8:40 AM, I tried withdrawing 3000Rs from an ICICI ATM. I have Citibank account with num: 5693851809. Unfortunately, ATM didn't give me the money and even the printout didn't come. But, when I check my account, it shows 3000Rs being debited. Below is the record that is appearing in my online bank statement:

Please look into this issue and suggest me on what I should be doing to get this money back.

ATM wrong transaction – Amount Debited but money not receivedDear Sir,I have a Saving Account No. 3131787099 and ATM Card No. 6220181099900041824 with State Bank of India. I have used ICICI Bank ATM (ID No. s1AN1938) and bank of baroda (ATM NO.1FDNADO1) on 1-MARCH-2012 at 19:22 PM in the night for withdrawal amount Rs.300/- in each ATM. But I have not received any money from the ATM and my account showing Rs.600/- debited for the transaction. I received that temporary unable to process. I received a slips through both Banks’ ATM machines on which it is written "Transaction Declined". ATM amount debited but amount not received

I am Shiva Rajvanshi i have a SBI account No:30447531735, in Manit bhopal, On march 1 2012 was trying for 500 rs using SBI ATM [COLOR=#009900 !important]CARD from[/COLOR] PNB BANK ATM,Bhopal the transaction was failed and i didn't not got that money but the amount of 300rs and 700rs was deducted from my account at the same date.please help me regarding this.

Dear Sir,
I am very disappointed to record the complaint against the system failure at around 8:00 pm today 7th April 2012 further leading to improper services.
I am using debit card of Axis Bank which is my salary account of number XXXX XXXX 0359 2467. Today at around 7:45 pm I wanted to get the Mini statement and withdraw a cash of Rs. 1000/-. I tried to do so from Hari Nivas Thane ATM of Axis Bank. It prompted for the system error and prompted for trying after some time. I again tried to do so from ICICI ATM at Louise Wadi, the same error with no cash dispensing.
I again tried it from UTI ATM at louise Wadi, twice but it also did not worked. It also prompted “Temporarily Unable to Process”. I returned back disappointed to home. Further at 8:45 pm I received a message mentioning that Rs. 1000 is debited from my account. I did not understand, how the money is debited when I have not at all received the cash.
Moreover, Why the system was not functioning well.
I did not get the money even after having balance in my account. Is this the system bank works?
Am I going to get my money back which is not actually dispensed from ATM?
Is the Bank responsible for improper service of ATM and liable for any compensation?
Today is Saturday, so having Sunday off, why I shall face trouble, and not get my money when in need, because of Bank’s system problem?

Sir, I am having SBI Garkheda branch Aurangabad account with account no 11244355658 & ATM card No 6220180040700073220, on 26.04.2012 i was trying to withdrawl of Rs 5000/- from HDFC bank ATM at Akashwani Chowk Aurangabad at 8.00PM but I dont have received money but it was debited from my account.I was in very need of money so I have used next ATM machine of HDFC bank in same premises & at that thime I have reveived money Rs 5000/-. Thus total I received is Rs 5000/- but 10000/- debited from my SBI account so please credit Rs 5000/- Which I have not received but debited from my account as early as possible.
