    Angry HDFC bank New Debit Card not generate for 18 days

    Hi HDFC Team,

    I lost my HDFC ATM card in one of Malleshwaram ATM center on 11/11/2011.

    I called the customer care and i blocked the card. Then i went to HDFC malleshwaram branch on 22/11/2011 to generate the new card.

    as per direction of HDFC customer care i had fill the form and given to concern person in Branch.

    I got the customer copy from bank after clearing the details of application form from the concern person. But till date the new Card is not generated.

    After repeated follow up there is no proper response even i logged the compliant at HDFC customer care i didn't got the response and complaint is closed without any reason.

    Today i called to customer care and they replied the application is rejected due to insufficient details.

    But i had provided all the details as per application form and customer service person in branch is confirmed clear while submitting to bank.

    Now it is still pending.

    Customer Copy No: ZEA100422045
    Compliant no with Bank: BANC1211003403

    Kindly look into this and expetise my application form to have new card within next week.
