My daughter maria evangeline .e. Is having a s/b account no:
20099846812. With

sbi ,branch code:1363, hek , kailasapuram, bhel , trichy -620014 ,
tamilnadu, india.

She is also having the sbi international debit card. No:6220180136380006207

she in now in china doing her studies at jinan university ,
huangpudadaoxi, guangzhou, china.

On 06.12.2011 , she tried to withdraw money from sbi in china
at the above place..
She couldnot get any cash. The response code says the card issuer has
declined your transaction.

What is the reason for this when she is having sufficient money in her
a/c.?

Please inform me what i should do to draw money from sbi . We need to
get money now .

There is no one to spare cash in that place.

Please treat the matter as most serious and respond at once.
