There has been an unknown transaction from my account for 11,000rs said to have taken place on 6/12/2011 . I had gone for shopping on 5/12/2011 at 9.40pm and had used my card twice for Rs 440 and Rs 750 in two different shops. What could have gone wrong? How do I proceed to reimburse the fraudulent transaction?
