Sir,
I, Vikash Kumar having account in State Bank Of India, Dalkhola branch, branch code (2047) west bengal. My a/c no. is 11760680363. I tried to 3withdrawal transaction from Axis Bank ATM machine 5000, 1000 & 200 on dated 08/08/09, but the transaction was failed and amount was debited 6200 from my a/c .
In this context I complained (in written application with statement of a/c) to my branch, they said 1000 was debited from your a/c but 5200 is not debited .
so , I would like to request you that please see the matter and do please necessary action to solve this problem.
