    Default ATM misused

    Sir/Madam,


    My sister misplaced her ATM Card three days ago, and mistakenly she did not destroy the letter that had PIN No. written on it.
    She came to know that she had lost her card, so she approached the bank to close the ATM but she was told that all the money
    from her account has been withdrawn.
    As most of the ATMs have CCTV installed, can the defaulter be caught with its help?
    What should we do ?

    Please guide me.

    Default Theft and misuse of my Allahabad Bank ATM Card

    Sub: Theft and misuse of my Allahabad Bank ATM Card No: 4213 3705 8000 0497

    Respected Sir,

    This is to inform you that my Allahabad Bank ATM Card No: 4213 3705 8000 0497 has been lost and has been misused by someone of Rs. 42405 and the transactions has been taken place from date 28-12-2011 to 23-01-2012.

    I went to bank today on 25-01-2012 and after doing the entry in my passbook of my Saving it has been found that these transactions has been done through my account. immediately I blocked my ATM card on 25-01-2012 at around 01:30 P.M on bank.I have also informed the lost of my ATM Card to Customer Care no of Allahabad Bank .

    I request you to please do the inquiry for these fraud transactions which has taken place with my card and I also want to claim this money which has been debited from my account from 28-12-2011 to 23-01-2012.

    please do the needful. I will be highly obliged for this act of kindness.
