    Thumbs down Complaint against ICICI : Debit Card not received

    I have applied for New ICICI Debit card as a part of their free upgradation process on 7th Oct. After making several inquiries I have been told that it has been dispatched on 11 Oct, (through JSD courier and provided Airway No. ) and will be delivered by 19th Oct. When tried to contact courier service no one picked up the phone. Again I made several calls and request. On both 18th and 19th evening I got call from ICICI saying I will receive it the next day. But never received it. On 21st again I inquire and was told it is returned to Bank due to short address (while on same address account statement are being delivered). When I try to make request to sent it on nearest ICICI branch, I have been told they can't do it as I have recently change address and it will take 30 day period.

    Now I am wondering when I am receiving account statement on same address how can they not send my card on same. And what can be the problem in raising request to send it to nearest ICICI branch.

    This is very much annoying as after making several request I still have not received my Card.

    I got a call on 24th Oct and they told me to send at my nearest branch of which I gave Branch Code(1196), but when I called customer care today they told they can't see any such request raised. I tried to call the branch and no one is picking up the call.

    This is highly unresponsible behaviour from ICICI and very much annoying.

    Please take some action against this.
