Hi,

I had visited the axis bank atm in wadala east on 4th Aug 2009 and tried to withdraw 2000 rs using my hdfc debit card. I got a transaction failure 072 and it said server error and didnt get any money. Though I didnt get any money the amount was debited from my account. I have already launched a complaint in hdfc bank the complaint id being MUM068540. but they are just not in the mood of giving any response. Kindly help and guide me on how can I get my money back. The only negative part is I dont have the transaction receipt . Kindly help..
