dear consumer court administrator
i had a very bad experience with icici again while trying to get replaced my present
debit card with so called secured grid one .They never delivered that and when
queried, said it was sent by OVERNITE express but it came undelivered so they
happily destroyed it and also that i can not use the previous atm card i have
neither i can use net banking as it requires debit card for all transactions.

the said bank is having one branch in same town where they are saying non reachable
for their courier service.now they will charge me 250 rs and what is the guarantee
whether this tym they will deliver it??

pls do need ful. i am a student and can not afford to visit or call bank daily
neither pay everytime 250 for a reason for which i m on responsible.below is the
