complain against AXIS BANK Dear Sir/madam,
I am Sunil champati Axis A/c No: 909010042634071
I had lost my ATM card since july 2011 and instantly locked and canceled my ATM facility through the telephonic procedure. however after which i followed all the instructed procedure of re-issuing an ATM for my convenience which I applied from Axis bank Noida, sec -18 branch. I have been following up this matter since then with the respective authorities of the bank. which have still been not solved even after registering complain twice with axis bank customer care, I’m very annoyed and helpless in such a situation BECAUSE I AM NOT ABLE TO USE MY ACCOUNT which is my salary account. Please consider my situation and take necessary steps.

My self satya brata das i lost my sbi atm card in your paltanbazar axisbank atm near nandan hotel date/12/05/2012 this atm houner name is miss kritanjali choudhury she is my family member so plz return my atm card.I have been following up this matter since then with the respective authorities of the bank.
