myself, pinaki banerjee, holding a debit card ( 4213 4168 0200 3783), used it in a sbi atm(atm id is S1AN00420801), to withdraw rs.5000 on 30/12/09 around 12.08 pm. My vijaya bank savings a/c was debited by rs.5000/ though the amount was not actually delivered in cash from the said atm. i have allready lodged written complaint with the vijaya bank where my savings a/c is being maintained( extension counter< RCDU, SAfDERJUNG AIRPORT, NEW DELHI-03) and allready sent an email for the same. till date the problem has not been solved and the amount has not been credited back to my a/c. my email id is tista_megha@yahoo.com.

with referance to the subject sited above i woud like to inform you that I lost my and my wife's ATM card on 18 th april, 2010 I blocked both the card by calling to the castomar care. On 1st june 2010 I wrote a letter to the branch manager requesting for duplicate ATM card. After 1 month I went to the bank for inquireing about the card, the dealing officer asked me to write letter for the card again I had done the same. After 2 month I went to the bank for inquireing about the card the dealing officer said that it will come wait. After that I went several time they did not given a proper reply and responce.We are facing problem in banking tranjection as We dont have account in other bank. So it is my final request if we will not get duplicate ATM card with in 15 days we will close our account in your bank.

SIR,
Please issue a duplicate card against card no. 4213 4172 0300 2234 because card is not accepted by any machine for the reason of damage. I already complain in my branch but i am not getting any feedback from there by 2 months. My S.B a/c no. is 720301011000595. Please replace my card as soon as possible.

Sir, I am Santhosh S residing at Bogadhi Mysore .MY bank account No. is 141301011002377 of Bhogadi Vijaya bank branch and my ATM card which was issued was damaged in rains and I am unable to use the same. I have already sent a letter for furnihsing a duplicate card to your offices several times, but to no avail. As I am in urgent need of the card, I request you to kindly isssue a duplicate card at the earliest.

The validity of the card expired in June 2011.
