Failed ATM transaction refund

Hi Sir,
This is Khushboo Arora.I have an account in Sbi,Koramangala Bangalore branch.On 1st july 2009 i was withdrowing amount 500 rs through HDFC ATM ,New Delhi.It said Transaction failed.But next day my 500 rs were debited from my account when i check online statement.Same thing happen on 11 aug when i withdraw 300 fro PNB new delhi.Transaction failed.But the amount is debited from my account.I tried a lot to contact customer care but they responded that i have to put mannual application there.even i filled online complain form available at SBI website.Log a ticket through my online user id but no action was taken.This is really very bad service which Goverment banks are providing in the time of computer technology,compare to private bank.Pls help me out in gtetting my amount back.Beacause i am staying in new delhi and my account is in bangalore.

on 12/12/09 between 4-30 to 6 pm i was filing a withdrawl of rs 2200 at dena bank atm machine located at lal kuan,ghaziabad,u.p.
after inserting the card the machine knocked out my card saying that " server down "
but when on 14/12/09 i checked my statement of transaction i was shocked to see that my withdrawl entry on 12/12/09 of rs 2200 was mentioned and deducted from my balance even when i did not recieved any money from dena bank atm machine.
