Claim Rs. 6000/- which didnt got from ATM

    Question Claim Rs. 6000/- which didnt got from ATM

    I have an salary account in South Indian Bank, Sec-31, Gurgaon.
    on 10th of august i used Kotak Mahindra ATM at Moti Bagh, New Delhi for withdrwal Rs. 8000/- at 07 PM
    but i got only Rs. 2000/- and i dont know where is the rest of.
    i have regestered a complaint to South Indian Bank and Kotak Mahindra they said that it is not our fault.


    PLEASE CONSULT WHAT SHOULD I DO NOW. URGENT!!!!!!!!!!

    As per your positive reply i sending the details of my transaction date and time by attachment, pls find the attachment of zip file.
    dear i have one more request to you please check the transaction of that atm(moti bagh, nanakpura, new delhi) on that day (10-08-11)......between 7:00pm to midnight........and video recording through atm camera..
