hello sir.
i am a syndicate bank customer.i tried to make a withdrawal from union bank's ATM.for RS1,100on 16th june. the money was deducted from my account , however on screen it displayed transaction failed. i made another transaction few mins later and this time transaction was successful. i made a complaint to my bank about the failed transaction and told them to get it refunded. they assured me, but now its more than 2 months i have not got my refund. acording to RBI, money should be refunded with in 12 days, else RS 100 per day should be paid to customer. What shall i do now?? plz help.
