I have already send a mail to chairmansbi.customer@sbi.co.in on 9th August 2011 & to sbihelpline.lhokol@sbi.co.in on 10th August but did not get any respons from them. Now what should I do ? The mail which I send to them is given below. Give me some suggestion .

I, Sanjib Roy , Asstt. Teacher of Moulani G.N.Roy High School,
P.O:- Chakmoulani, Dist:- Jalpaiguri (W.B.), Pin:- 735219, one of the
customer of SBI Boulbari (09700) Branch , opend a zero balance salary
account with other colleagues on 21st June 2011 and applied for ATM
aqainst my a/c no. 31797287439 on that day but I did not received my
atm card till today. So please do the needful.
