My sbi debit card was debited twice for the same amount of 1908 for the purchase things at Spencer's Daily at Pondicherry on 03/11/08. I complained to the main SBI BRANCH AT PONDICHERRY so many times till now no response. I went to many offices point of claim Mr.Raju, ATM incharge Mrs Anu, relationship manager...Every year they don't forget to charge my ATM card. As i'm travelling abroad often it's impossible to call those people. They never replied my mail. My complaint to Main office never replied.
