    Default ATM issue with PNB bank

    Today at around 6.40 pm i came to PNb atm situated at kiran prabhat building i use
    my vijaya bank atm card but before getting my money electricity has failed and to my
    shauk there is no power back up my card was stuck & i did not get any money as well
    i try to contact PNB helpdesk no but no one picked the phone i called PCR but no one
    has come till 8 pm please register my complaint against PNB bank

    Tell me about the present status of your complaint. Have you intimated your Bank regarding that problem? Presently the ATM Card is with you or with the Bank? Kindly inform me soon for the same.

    I am an account holder of Savings a/c no.4838000100014263 at PNB Gazipur (Delhi)
    branch.

    On September20th, 2009 i used my Debit card for withdrawal of money or Rs.
    8,000/-(2500+2500+3000) from Corporation bank ATM (Sector 15, Noida,UP)

    However the amount got struck in the machine and the a/c was debited with the same
    amount.

    I informed about the same by calling the toll free on of PNB. the customer care
    executive said that the same will get reverse back in 2 working days and did not log
    the complaint.

    I again called up the customer care after 5 working days on October5th, 2009 where
    they said that it will take 12 working days and lodged the complaint vide complaint
    No. 18944945.

    I also informed about the same to the branch, however no satisfactory answer was
    received even from the branch manager and he asked me to go to ATM cell. Why a
    customer of PNB should approach the ATM cell as my account is in Gazipur branch.
    Even after 15 working days the amount has not got reversed back.

    Please note that according to RBI guidelines if the amount struck in ATM is not
    reversed within 12 working days, the Bank is liable to pay interest @ 2.5% per day
    on that amount.

    Request you to look into the matter on priority basis or i will be left with only
    option of taking legal action against the Bank.

    Dear Sir,


    I RAJESH YADAV have a PNB saving account at Panjab National Bank, AZAD PUR, DELHI, A/c No. 1845000101360043. I have Rs.5111.00 in my account on dated 14.11.2009, on 14th Nov. 2009 I inserted my ATM in UCO Bank ATM, Janak Puri Metro Station machine for withdrawal of Rs. 500.00, But I did not receive money and balance shown on the slip is Rs. 4611.00 only.

    I am trying to reach customer care but it is always busy...can u help me to retrieved debited amount.

    first pls get a clarification from the bank what for they have debited this amoutn then only we can see whether these can be refunded or not

    I R. K. Gupta A/c holder of saving A/c 0491010100017495 ATM card no.504884049110004838, at PNB E/C sainik school campus REWA (M.P) ; on Jan25,2010 i used my ATM card for withdrawal of RS.1000/- from IDBI bank ATM jhon towar ,college chowak REWA. However the amount got struck in the machine and amount was debited with the same.The similar incidence were occur on FEB18 ,2010 for withdrawal of Rs.1000/-(500/-+500/-) from IDBI bank in front of PK School REWA,the amount was debited with the same.I had given written complaint to the branch maneger for the incident on same day i.e onJAN 25,2010 and 18 feb 2010. But no action is taken till date.The compalint also launch to atm cell NEW DELHI. Irequest u to look into the matter on priority basis. REGARDS R.K.GUPTA 09752686955

    please remove my complaint regarding non payment of cash of Rs 1000/-+Rs.1000/- by atm machine of idbi bank REWA(M.P) as my case is settled today only

    I have the a/c of HDFC Savings Account No.: 00881140194464 , ANSALS ARCADE-NOIDA

    I used PNB ATM machine, I did not receive any amount from machine .

    Amount of 8100.00 debited from my HDFC account

    Please issue this amount to my account please.

    Dear Sir,



    I SUPRIYA MISHRA have a PNB saving account at Panjab National Bank,station road Deoria A/c No. 1507000102491370. I have Rs.5689.00 in my account on dated 16/08/2010, on 23/08/2010 I inserted my ATM in HDFC Bank Deoria. But I did not receive money and balance shown on the slip is Rs. 5689.00 only. ATM Slip show, sorry for inconvenience your card has been restricted.

    I am trying to reach customer care but it is always busy...can u help me to retrieved debited amount.

    Post Amount not received from atm while debited from A/C

    I am OKESH KUMAR with saving A/c NO.- 1451001502074831in PNB JNDC branch HISAR. By using my A/C ATM card
    I tried to withddrawl a amount of 20000/- from SBI mini sectiriate ATM machine. But i got only 10000/-
    but the same days my A/C has been debited with 20000/- .For this complaint
    I contected to my account holder branch and met with chief branch manager many time and also registered my
    complain many time ON PNB ATM cell complain no..For this purpose I also met SBI mini secrt. branch chief
    manager Mrs MANDAL many time . I also go personely with PNB chief manager to SBI mini secrt. branch and
    met SBI official and cheque the J.P. roll of 7th NOVEMBER,2009 and cheque the same day txn.and we found that
    there is two txn. on the same day no- .5265 and 5266 In these txn. it shows that 5265 has successeful txn. while 5266 is not successful or has declined . On this basis I lodged a complain to PNB ATM cell with docket no.30893153.
    I also talk PNB ATM cell Delhi `s official Mrs AANAND and RAJIVE regularly but after a long time of nine
    months i did not get my amount back . I also tried my best to solve my problem but I did get nothing in
    result. PNB and SBI officials also said that they have nothing left to do or to solve your problem. I am belong to
    a normal family I have a great means of 10000/-.At last I request to look into the matter proriety base
    and tried to solve my ptoblem in limited time period of seven or ten days. Otherwise reasonably I wil
    take some legel steps all the expenses of this process must pay you.

    I am an account holder of Savings a/c no.6232000400000360 at PNB kuttippuram MESCE (kerala)
    branch.

    On october 12th, 2010 i used my ATM card for withdrawal of money or Rs.
    5,500/-from PNB kuttippuram MESCE (kerala)

    However the amount got struck in the machine and the a/c was debited with the same
    amount.

    I informed about the same by calling the toll free on of PNB. the customer care
    executive said that the same will get reverse back in 2 working days and did not log
    the complaint.

    I again called up the customer care after 4 working days on October 16th , 2010 where
    they said that it will take 12 working days and lodged the complaint vide complaint
    No. 50729944.

    I also informed about the same to the branch manager,he asked me to contact in toll free no:
    Even after 14 working days the amount has not got reversed back.

    Please note that according to RBI guidelines if the amount struck in ATM is not
    reversed within 12 working days, the Bank is liable to pay interest @ 2.5% per day
    on that amount.

    Request you to look into the matter on priority basis or i will be left with only
    option of taking legal action against the Bank.

    Post a complaint against non dispersal of cash from atm

    Respected sir,
    with due respect i want to state you that i sonu kumar,a customer of pnb bank
    acc-no:-4942001500057193 has done a transistion of rs.500/_ from state bank of patiala
    on 25/5/10.But unfortunately the money was not withdrawn from the atm.for this i have launch
    a complaint against it on 26/5/2010.the customer care of pnb told me that your money will be
    withdrawn under 12 days,butt it doess not happen so.i waited nearly 5 months but the money was
    not withdrawn.after 5 months they told me to call at atm cell no and launch complain their. when
    i had given a call to the,m they told me that they dont any information regarding it and they wont be
    able take any action against it.and they also told me that rather i should call the atm customer care
    to launch my complain.i had call many times to pnb customercare also but no action has been taken
    yet now.
    so please i would request u to have a look at my request
    my complain is-29658108.

    Default A complaint against non-received of cash from IDBI ATM

    Respected sir,
    I am customer of PNB Bank A/C no 1909001500001558 has done a transaction of Rs.16000/- from ATM IDBI situated at Tansen Nagar near State Bank Chouraha Gwalior on 02.08.10 arround 9.28 PM but I did not get any money from ATM whereas the amount of RS.16000/- has been debited in my account. I complaint several times and contect to PNB and IDBI Bank during the period August/2010 to December2010 but no action has been taken by the respective Banks for crediting the money so far.The complaint to customer care (1800-180-2222) as details below:
    1-complaint no.32913502 dated 06.8.10,50008444 dated 11.9.10,4747391 dated 3.10.10 and 52934791 dated 28.12.10. Please registered my complaint against IDBI Bank and requested you to look into the matter on priorty basis so that i can deposit my school fees to this finincial year at earlist.

    Default ticket booking not allowed

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I have pnb atm but when I tried to book railway ticket it did not happen notification received was saying trasaction not allowed by the banker. Why is it so pleae let me know the reason?
