Dear Sir,<br>I am Shailesh Chandra Chaturvedy,here by want to draw your attention over my problem that I was doing a transaction for Rs.5000 from the <strong>ATM/12111 AMG 8002&nbsp;</strong>of bank of india,Railway Station, Mughalsarai (UP) on 30.7.2011,but,the transaction was not successful and I neither got the money nor the receipt. then I tried for next transaction for Rs. 5000 on another&nbsp;<strong>ATM/12111 CMG 8001&nbsp;</strong>but same thing happened again. When I went to SBI ATM, Railway Station branch, Mughalsarai to withdraw Rs. 6000 on same day I was surprised to see that Rs. 10000/- had been debited from my SBI SB account no. 10531683465 while I did not get any money from both the ATMs. I applied &nbsp;against my failed transactions in the State Bank of India, Rly Station branch at Mughalsarai, and out of Rs. 10000/- Rs. 5000/- have been credited to my account on 16.8.2011 and Rs. 5000/- yet to be credited.&nbsp;<br> I am a central govt employee and my money is very important for me and my family.<br> Ultimately I am applying in your court in view of your jurisdiction and I hope that I would get justice as soon as possible.<br><br> My SBI SB A/c No. 10531683465<br>198, European Colony, Mughalsarai<br>Distt - Chandauli (U.P.)<br>Mob - +919794848004<br>.<br>&nbsp;THANKS AND PLEASE DO NEEDFUL AS SOON AS POSSIBLE<br>
