Respected sir

i had recently opened an account at
" sbi mansarovar branch

after opening my account they ensured me that they will deliver my credit card within 15-30 days. I waited for the credit card for 30 days but didnt recieve the same. When i contacted the branch they said that the card has been dispatched.
I have waited for 2 long months but still haven't recieved any credit card.

As i am in urgent need of credit card so
please guide me the ways to get my credit card from the bank
