Recently I faced issues with ICICI ATM card transactions. We tried to withdraw cash using my ICICI Debit card(my ICICI account No. is 055201509200),
we were using StateBank of Mysore ATM machine to withdraw the amount. The issue happened on 31-Jul-2011. We tried to withdraw cash from this ATM, but my transaction was a failure and I could not get the money. Within couple of minutes, I got an SMS stating that Rs 3000 has been debited from my account. The transaction was a failure in ATM machine and we did not get any money from the m/c, but Rs3000 has been debited from my account. I placed a complain using the ICICI customer care (request No. SR185047312). They specified that it will take around 7 working days to process. I have been following it up with them on a daily basis. But after the 7th day, they closed my request and informed that no error was found and closed the request.
I have not got the amount at all.. I really dont have any clue what happened to my money that has been deducted from my account. Please help me in this regard to get my money back
