Dear Sir,

I have received the documents sent by you for the below mentioned
transaction but I am not satisfied for the same. I have never swapped the
amount which I have mentioned in my earlier mail. The amount must be
wrongly debited by your department or the may card number and password is
used by a cheater but I am not responsible for the same.

This happened due to you inefficiency and the customers like are suffering
for this. Now my final request you that please do not debit any amount into
my account as I have destroyed and thorn my Barclay Credit Card. I will
clear my dues as early as possible but not responsible for any unauthorized
transaction, I have not used the card since two months and I will not
entertain any transaction by physical or through Internet. So Keep in your
record do not debit any cheated amount in my account as you have done
before.

It is interesting to note that you people does not have registered office
where the customer can personally approach you, this only show your strategy
of cheating with customer, your people of the Customer care does not have a
brain as they are only having machine made answers which creates huge
differences between you and your customers. If you really wants to run the
business be serious about the customer satisfaction.

Further, any unauthorized transaction into my account will make a trouble to
you. Next time I will mail you, I will send you a notice from consumer
court and I will stop to make payments for dues which you are showing into
my account. The payment will be cleared only after decision of the Consumer
Court.
