On 17th July 2009 at 17:08 i visited the HSBC ATM,
G-3, Shakuntala Apartments, 59 Nehru Place, New Delhi 110 019 to withdraw cash.
I have my HCL salary account in Axis Bank, however the nearby Axis ATM was not
working so i went to above stated HSBC bank ATM.

I entered Rs 12,000/ amount in the machine to be withdraw, but the machine printed
the receipt and didn't gave me cash.
Further while i was waiting for cash it sucked the card back in machine. So i lost
the card and money didn't came out, and next moment
i received the sms from Axis bank that Rs 12,000/ has been debited from my account.

The security guard in the ATM didn't helped me at all, so finally i called the
customer care number with the phone available in the ATM.
Customer care executive of HSBC said they cannot do anything and asked me to call my
bank (Axis) customer care.

So i logged a case at Axis bank, case # 9315202.
Axis bank have asked me to wait for 12-14 days and there is no confirmation either
from Axis or HSBC bank would my money be back or not.
Axis bank have also blocked my Debit card, saying that they would be destroying that
card.

It a humble request if this can be resolved as soon as possible as i have some dues
to be paid, here in this scenario i have Rs 12,000 gone for don't
know how many days.

022010100555852 in Axis bank B-2 & 3, Sector 16, Noida 201310, Uttar Pradesh,
India.
