I am a student at National Chemical Laboratory. On 1st of July, 2011, I had around Rs.31,000 in my SBI savings' account (which is also my salary account). I withdrew Rs.6000 and Rs.18000 on the same day, leaving a balance of Rs.7,124 only, which i withdrew in small instalments till it was below withdrawal. SBI NCL Branch, Pune claims that Rs.10,000 was withdrawn through my ATM from my account and since there were not enough funds in my account for the withdrawal, the money was paid from the bank's account, when I have not withdrawn it and neither my pass book entry or internet banking information shows any such transaction. I got my next salary on 29th July,2011. On 30th July, 2011, the bank transferred the sum of Rs.10,000 to the bank's account on basis of the afore-mentioned claim. There is account of the withdrawal only in the bank's statement, but neither in my internet banking details or pass-book updates. Please suggest the needful.
