Message : Myself Arti Gupta have a saving account in state bank of india bichpuri agra (Account number 30071522668). I have opened this account when I was working as lecturer in the Department of Biotechnology in RBS Engineering College. On 1 July 2009 at about 8pm, Rs 3000 get deducted from my account. Previously I was trying to withdraw money from Standard charted ATM andbank ATM, but the money doesn?t come out so I went to the SBI atm Malleswaram Bangalore branch. I have withdrawn 3200 from my account and it comes out that from there. Next day when I checked my account Rs 3000 were deducted from my account. I have checked the mini statement the deduction amount 3000 was showing after the 3200 entry.

I have called many a times to the bank but the problem could not get resolved till date, they are not even picking the call now. I am worrying for it since one month and it is not resolve yet.

As I am presently at Bangalore, I can not come to the bank to ask for help. Therefore I am writing a mail. Kindly look into the matter and get it resolve. I have done a written complain from the Website of the state bank both to Bichpuri Agra branch complain no. CC-1246949355218and Malleswaram Bangalore branch CC-1246954660796 fromI have withdrawn money. Plz help
