Subject: Receipt of lesser amount on withdrawal from ATM
I have made withdrawal of Rs. 10,000 (Rupees Ten Thousand only) from Pinjore Garden ATM on July 28, 2009 at around 15:40 Hrs using my ICICI Bank ATM Card no. 4667 3162 9803 6654. Kindly note I have received only Rs. 9,500/- instead of Rs. 10,000/-.
I had lodged a written complaint to the security guard Mr. Anil at the ATM. He has assured me that this has happened at earlier instance as well. I will get the amount back after writing a complaint to ATM Department.
I request the bank to kindly furnish a cheque or draft of Rs. 500/- in favour of Naveen Kumar and deliver the same to above mentioned address at earliest.
