It is to state that I Santosh Kumar Dubey is a regular customer of your bank. I have an account in your bank name of Santosh Kumar Dubey a/c no. is 1514000100357483 I tried to withdrawl Rs 8000/- on 16-06-2010 by pnb atm (Khanpur ). I have not received Amount from the atm but yet amount had deducted from my account. I had complained to the customer care (complain no. 30680113 dt 18-06-2010.) but my amount had transferred in my account on 10-08-2011. Now I want to claim the fine from the period of July-31 Aug.-31 Spet -30 oct.-31 nov.30 Dec.31 Jan-31 Feb-28 Mach.31 April-30 May-31 June-30 July 31 and Aug.-.9 ) total No. of days is 405 . as per RBI RULES 100/- Per day fine 405 X 100=40500/- by bank. I am giving you the grass period up to 30 days other wise i will go to banking Lokpal.
