Most humbly I want to put a request before you that I am a SB Ac holder of your Biharsharif Branch.My Ac no. is 15927.On 16-4-2009 I tried to withdraw Rs.4000 from an ATM center situated at patna (exact location and name of bank not remembered) but the amount or receipt could not be delivered from that ATM Center due to some technical fault.But Rs.4000 showing withdrawn from my account.In this regard I made a written complain to the Branch manager Canara bank Biharsharif on 2-5-2009 and a reminder of the same was also received on 6-7-2009 but till date no action has been taken.

Same incident was repeated on 1-7-2009 at 9p.m. when I entered RS1900 for withdrwal from HDFC Bank Boring canal Patna ATM center.Entered amount not disbursed nor printed receipt came out but RS 1900 shown deducted from my account.Again I made a written complain against this matter to the BM Canara bank Biharsharif on 8-7-2009 but he ttok no action in this regard.In this period I have contacted BM Sri Rajesh kumar so many times on basic no.-06112-233023.But he said that I have informed the Head office but till date no instruction has been received in this regard.

On 13-7-2009 I met The Banking lokpal of RBI Patna and submitted 3 sets of my written complain with enclosures of the photocopies of received applications given in this regard. He assured that if within 12 days such mistakes not corrected then RS.100 fine @ per day will be charged from concerned bank and that will be deposited to concerned account.

I again request before you to look into the matter seriously and please take proper and quick steps to rectify the withdrawal entry of RS4000 and1900.I will be very thankful to you.
