I would to inform you that on Friday, December 09, 2011 at 18:53 hrs I tried to withdraw Rs. 10,000.00 from my HDFC debit card from Union Bank ATM Manickpur, Vasai 401202. But I did not receive the money from the ATM and the said amount (Rs. 10,000.00) was deducted from my HDFC account.
I wouldto request you to look into the matter and take necessary action.

As per the above subject, I am Mahesh Kumar, want to inform you that my saving account is with your punjab National Bank. My account No 4785000100017560, sector - 4,Gurgaon branch. On dt.12/11/11 at 19:48 i withdrawal the amount of Rs.6000/- from ATM Machine of punjab national bank( sector -4), Machine displays a message "Transaction time Out", So cash is not received from Machine. Than I checked it on 12/11/11 at PNB ATM (Sector - 4) at 19:51 it shows the amount of Rs 6000 is debited from my account on 12/11/11.

Kindly look into the matter and request you to credit (reverse) my hard earn money in my account as soon as possible. I am waiting for your earlier reply. My phone no. 09891747566 - 09999962530.

i call many times in PNB customer care & bank branch many times .But they can not response .

Hi,
On 3rd Dec-2011, I tried withdraw Rs 8000/- from an ICICI Bank ATM machine installed outside Presidency Tower Building in Sector 14, Gurgaon. I got Rs 7500/- and transaction was successful. I lodged a complaint with the ICICI Bank Customer care and got the Service request number SR204595551 and was told that it would be resolved in 5 days. I waited till today but haven't received any intimation from the bank. Today I went online to check the service request status and was shocked to see the service request in closed status and response was given as follows:
"Dear Customer, We are unable to reverse the transaction as it has been fully paid for, as per our records."

I noted down the number of each of the notes that I received from the ATM and had given all the details to the customer care executive as to how many notes of what denominations I received yet such a response is shocking specially when I have tried to withdraw money about 5 6 times since then and every time amount was debited from my account but I got the "Transaction Failed" error. Since 3rd of December 2011, I have lost almost Rs 24,500 + Rs 500 (confirmed lost in this service request) due to "Failed Transaction".

Is someone from ICICI Bank looking into these issues?

I have obc (oriental bank of commerce) debit card i used in the same atm of obc which my transaction of rs 5000 was debited in my account without my withdrawal i have all the rec-pit with me and i complained to bank but no use. they are saying it is my withdrawal i asked for prof that it is my withdrawal but bank ( card operation center hyd) say the have no prof to give me and the say their j v is clear . how did the amount is missing ? no response

I have replaced my damaged atm card in 2006 but in your account its still active and you are charging for 2 atm cards annually for last 5 years.So please refund the deducted amount ASAP.For this I have made a complaint but there is response against my complaint(complaint no.56790195) so kindly look after it.

Hi,

Im having an sbi card and bank Account in at Lucknow my account number is (20097639160), i used atm machine at basti branch to withdraw cash, the account got debit but atm machine didnt deliver the cash in the machine.

i am very much depressed because i was trying to withdraw 20,000k but i didn't received it but but has been debited from my account.kindly let me know how i wud get my money back.

I raised a complaint to sbi, since one month got over, my money is not received. Please some one guide me to get back my money.
Is any way to bring this issue to notice.

Respected Sir/Madam!

I tried to withdraw money today at around 13:49:37 hrs from the Union bank ATM at Kharkana, Secunderabad but i have an account at Orientak Bank of Commerce secunderabad. I tried to withdraw an amount of Rs. 2000, but the machine displayed a message "TRANSACTION TIMED OUT" and i did not receive the cash and the receipt either. I then tried to withdraw and again I got the some message (invalid transaction) I checked my balance after few minutes on other bank ATM and found that my cash was deducted from my account. Kindly guide me what i should do to get my money back.

I am N. Sekar working in TAMIN, TamilNadu.

I have a savings account (14027) with Attur Indian Overseas Bank branch. (TAMILNADU).

I have used HDFC Bank, Attur Branch ATM Centre (ATM card No: 4221321513238365) on 05/03/2012 for withdrawal amount Rs.10,000/-.

A bad experience I have gathered. I have not received any money from the HDFC ATM. But my account is showing that Rs.10,000/- has been debited for the transaction.

I have informed to my IOB- Branch with details.

I need the money immediately as it is my salary money and I am out of cash right now.

Please arrange to credit the same to my account immediately.

I request you to please take this letter seriously and do my need.

This is for your kind consideration. My name is Prashant kumar and i have my account with Indusind Bank.On 1-3-2012 at about 19.47, I had visited at Axis Bank ATM(ATM id-SPCN13226) in PALAM Colony,New Delhi for withdrawing some cash from my Indusind Bank account and I tried to withdraw Rs-10000 but it was unable to process the transaction, but the same got debited from my a/c for regarding the same. I have already lodged a complaint with customer care as complaint ticket number is 9249320 for Rs -10000, but the bank officer are ruduly saying that amount is withdrawn successfully and you only come to harass us and you better go to police to lodge a F.I.R.

Till date the issue is not resolved so you are requested to do the needful on priority basis
