BUT FOR THIS NO POSITIVE RESPONSE WAS CAME FROM SBI (SINCE LAST 1.5 MONTHS)

THEN I MAILED SAME TO DGM.SBI, BUT THERE ALSO NO RESPONSE

PLEASE DO THE BEST TO RESOLVE MY ISSUE (BECAUSE SBI DOES NOT HAVE POSITIVE RESPONSE FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS)

I have a bank account in SBI Richards Town Branch Bangalore. They have been charging me as well Rs. 50 as ATM charges. The concerned person has no clue of these charges. No other bank charges this fee but SBI

I have got an SB account in Sultania Road Branch, Bhopal. I am also getting the debits.
The curt answer to my query by the customer relationship manager of the branch is that you can lodge a complaint.

I dont understant as to why we should pay AMC for ATM card. Whenin no other bank chares this.

Initially we had told that the free ATM card along with SB account.

can some one explain why the AMC is charged???? for free service.
