    Default Canara bank ATM Card Complaint

    Respected Sir/ Madam,

    I am Rakesh Kumar Canara bank ATM holder Card No. (********03185), Branch
    National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. I have purchased few goods last month
    from Bata Shoe show room Near Guru Nanak Mission chowk, Jalandhar on May 4,2009. I
    have used ATM card for shooping and there is deduction of money from my account once
    and again credit. Then the card is again used by shopkeeper and money is deducted
    from the account. But there is no slip for deduction of money at that time and i
    have given payment by cash on the same day. Now the condition is that there is dual
    payment by ATM as well as by me. I have visited Bata shoe show room 4-5 times and
    they show a statment that there is no payment withdrawn on 4 May 2009 against this
    card.. But there is transfer of money from Canara bank to Bata account shown in
    Canara Bank stament. But from bata shoe show room account there is no withdrawl of
    payment on this date, now confusion is that where is
    money and situation is that no one is ready to take aproper action and i am totally
    confused to see such a situation form last 2 months. So, at last i am complaining
    against Canara bank for such a mistake and there is request to provide me money
    with proper claim. I shall be thankful to you for this.

    Default for rectification of false withdrawl entry in my SB Ac 15927

    Dear sir,


    Most humbly I want to put a request before you that I am a SB Ac holder of your Biharsharif Branch.My Ac no. is 15927.On 16-4-2009 I tried to withdraw Rs.4000 from an ATM center situated at patna (exact location and name of bank not remembered) but the amount or receipt could not be delivered from that ATM Center due to some technical fault.But Rs.4000 showing withdrawn from my account.In this regard I made a written complain to the Branch manager Canara bank Biharsharif on 2-5-2009 and a reminder of the same was also received on 6-7-2009 but till date no action has been taken.

    Same incident was repeated on 1-7-2009 at 9p.m. when I entered RS1900 for withdrwal from HDFC Bank Boring canal Patna ATM center.Entered amount not disbursed nor printed receipt came out but RS 1900 shown deducted from my account.Again I made a written complain against this matter to the BM Canara bank Biharsharif on 8-7-2009 but he ttok no action in this regard.In this period I have contacted BM Sri Rajesh kumar so many times on basic no.-06112-233023.But he said that I have informed the Head office but till date no instruction has been received in this regard.

    On 13-7-2009 I met The Banking lokpal of RBI Patna and submitted 3 sets of my written complain with enclosures of the photocopies of received applications given in this regard. He assured that if within 12 days such mistakes not corrected then RS.100 fine @ per day will be charged from concerned bank and that will be deposited to concerned account.

    I again request before you to look into the matter seriously and please take proper and quick steps to rectify the withdrawal entry of RS4000 and1900.I will be very thankful to you.

    Dear Sir,
    Re: A T M card No.421458101900 1796 V. Meenambal.

    When I wanted to withdraw money through ur. outlet today I received the following message.
    "Get in touch with your Branch. To update personal details.
    I have my savings bank account with your East Masi Street Branch , Madurai and I am staying in coimbatore. My pension is creditted to my account.
    I am surprised to recive this message when I have sufficient funds in my account.
    Will you kindly look in to the matter and see that I operate my ATM card without any difficulty?

    while using atm card no. 4214581956011806 for Rs. 3000.00,
    only slip has come out by dedecting 3000.00 from my account, but the cash has not come out. i am trouble by lossing Rs.3000.00 kindly chekup and credit Rs.3000.00 in my account.

    Default Not received cash from ATM Machine

    Dear Sir,
    I am canara bank debit card holder.my accont no is 0917101049603
    I have made a transaction in SBI ATM at (chennai,West velachery)for Rs.2000/- on 20th June 09. But still now I have not received that amount. I approached the SBI bank manager and reported about this, but he is not giving a proper response. He told me to give a complaint in my branch of CANARA bank which is in T.nagar. I did according to his words and gave a written complaint, but there was no response from my CANARA(T.nagar,chennai) bank and also from that SBI(Velachery,chennai) bank too.This is my saving account money.every day i was made enquiry in my bank. but they told not any message from SBI side.So i am suffering a lot.Please do need full.

    Dear All,

    To sort out such kind of Banking complaints, we'll have to send a written complaint to the Head Office of the concerned Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. If the Bank fails to provide you any help in that time frame then we can send our written complaint to the RBIs Banking Ombudsman division. To send the complaint to Canara Bank Head office, the address is:

    Dear sir I have an a/c in Canara Bank Sahibabad. I have used my card to widraw 7000 Rs from HDFC bank atm of rajender nagar branch on 4 Aug 2009 First time wen i try it was giving a msg connecting. After 1 minut it gave me msg connection fail. I tried 2nd time i have got the money but my balance was 14000 thousand less,however i have got only 7000. I have given an application in branch manager Mr Luthra. Its more then a month and I spoke to him almost 15 times. And i am not getting any satisfactory answer. Please do some thing otherwise People start losing trust on Public sector Banks.

    Pls. send a written complaint to the Head Office of the Bank and wait for the response for near 15 to 20 days. Revert back soon with the response from the Bank. The address is:

    Default Compliant against atm related problem

    Sir,
    I am Ilangovan.k from chennai.

    I have a salary a/c with Canara Bank park town branch, chennai. My account No is 0976101400179. on 7/9/09, I tried to withdraw Rs. 4000/- from ICICI BANK ATM, Mogappair(ATM ID: SICW3828 ). But the amount not delivered from the ATM and message shown as " transaction declined" and i got response slip and that show 'transaction declined ' (TXN NO 4826) and response code- 072.

    In this regards I made a written compliant to branch manager canara bank, park town branch , chennai , but till date my account not credited above said amount.

    I humbly request you that to look into the matter and please take necessary step to credit Rs. 4000/- to my account. since it is my salary amount and my net salary is Rs. 11000. Hence, this rs. 4000 very essential to lead the life in this month.

    On 22nd Sep'09, i went to canara bank atm at Hospet, Station Road, for atm operations. After the transaction, card has not come out of the machine. My sb account No. 25547 in Canara bank, Jayalakshmipuram branck, Mysore. Kindly give your suggestion, how to get the card back from the bank.

    Default Debit Card false transaction BY CanaraBank

    Dear Sir,



    My Dad has savings account no 13328 in CanaraBank Jayalaxmipuram, Mysore branch.

    An amount of Rs10000 is debited from the account. When checked with the branch they are saying a transaction of 10000/- withdrawal was made on 10/11/06 3 years before and the same amount was not debited from the account. They are also unable to provide any authentic proof except the below email. The statement and the passbook entry doesn't have any info on this. Please let me know on how to proceed on this.

    Dear Sir,

    The procedure will be the same. Send a written complaint to the Head office of the Bank. Wait for 15 to 20 days and revert back soon after getting any reply from them.
