Dear Sir,

I have an account with SBBJ Durgapura Branch with account no. 61002087599. I tried to withdraw a sum or Rs. 1000/- by ICICI Bank ATM on 22/08/10 at 18:33 but i did not receive amount and i got slip with transaction declined. After it again i try to withdraw Rs. 1000/- from another ICICI Bank ATM at 21:09 and i got the amount Rs. 1000/- after it balance was 2390.92/-.

After it i tried to withdraw the money on 24/10/10 from SBBJ Bank Amer Road ATM and i got the Rs.1000/- but after getting the amount my balance was just only 390.92. So i take the mini statement from same ATM and in statement there was two withdrawl transaction happened on 23/08/2010 of Rs. 1000/- whereas i did not do any transation on 23/08/10 and there was no single transaction on 22/08/10.

So after it i complained in SBBJ Durgapura branch for wrong statement and extra Rs. 1000/- transaction with written application on 27/10/10. But i did not receive any satisfactory resolution of it than i complained to Banking ombudsman on 24/02/2011. I received an auto acknowledgment mail from RBI in which complaint number was 201011010002311 mentioned and the compalint was forwarded to SBBJ Nodal Office Tilak Marg Office.

I received call two three times from SBBJ and they were saying me that i did transaction in SBI ATM on 23/08/2011 but i did not do any transaction on 23/08/2011 except it i said to Bank representative that tell me the ATM location from which i withdraw the money but they are not being able to tell me the exact details of it.

Till today 13/06/2011 i have not received any satisfactory response from Bank.

Kindly let me know that what should i do for this transaction or where should i esclate this issue.
